Areca Raid 6 Card ARC-1226-8I for Server RJ-45 Ethernet
We're listing this in the "For Parts or Not Working" category because it isn't fully tested. When it was installed in a server and an ethernet cable was connected, green lights on the port turned on, and the fan started running(see video - red & green lights flashed on card as well.) Afterwards, we removed the card from the server and listed it here. This item belonged to a client of ours. We were unable to fully test it due to lack of technical expertise. It might be working properly, or it might be defective.
Our company sells a lot of equipment that is 5 years old or more - this equipment is very useful for some people but not useful at all for others due to lack of support/updates from the manufacturer. Some consider the equipment to be obsolete while others find it essential according to their needs. We consider it the responsibility of the buyer to research the product you are looking at to know if it is still supported/updated/current.
