Delivery

For home delivery, we primarily use DHL, Royal Mail, APC Overnight, and DX Freight for our domestic parcels. All of our delivery partners are well-established, reliable, and highly regarded for their service.

Most orders are dispatched the same, or within, 1 working day - and arrive in between 1-3 working days.

If your order is placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday), the item/s will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).

PLEASE NOTE: For larger, more expensive items, a signature may be required. The courier will attempt delivery twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. If the item is returned to us, a re-delivery charge will apply.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery?

Please call us or send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information.

What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.

What happens if the box looks damaged when it is being delivered?

Please open the parcel and check for any damage while the driver is there, they are contracted to wait a short amount of time. If it is damaged please refuse delivery and contact us. If the driver refuses to wait or it is not convenient to open when the driver is there, you must SIGN FOR AS DAMAGED, not unchecked. Claims cannot be made if not signed for as damaged.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

4x4 Accessories And Tyres have a 14 day returns policy. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s), as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund.

Clearly mark your eBay username on the outside of the package, and send to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Services Department.

4x4 Accessories And Tyres will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.

FITTING

Most items we sell can be fitted at home, but if you want to save yourself the stress and hassle, come and have it professionally fitted here! 4x4 Accessories and Tyres offer a fitting service on the majority of items we sell. We have 6 fully kitted out fitting bays, including a one bay, which specialises in fitting extremely large 4x4 wheels and tyres.

To allocate a time slot, fitting must be pre-booked with us directly in advance. Saturday fitting can get booked-up quickly , so please ensure you book early. While waiting, there is a comfortable seating area with snack vending machine, as well as free hot drinks. Just get in touch with us for more details.

Please Note: We only fit parts at our premises and do NOT provide a mobile fitting service.
