Info on the CPU options
i3-10100F 4 core 8 thread CPU - Don't be fooled by the name. This chip is pretty much an I7-7700 specs wise and is a highly capable CPU for most users!
i5-10400F - 6 core 12 thread CPU - a step up from the i3 If you want a CPU with some more cores
Info on the GPU options
If you just want basic graphics and don't plan on using it for gaming, or very low spec games, then the GT 710 will work well for you.
RTX 2060 and RTX 3050 both have access to some nice Nvidia features like DLSS upscaling and are capable of playing most games at 1080p
RX 580 is a slightly older AMD card that offers fantastic value to it's capabilities. Can't run games that require ray tracing (Very few) and a great choice for online games like Fortnite, Overwatch 2 etc.
