These are two collectible ornaments made by Trevco. One is a 2003 # 8 Dale Earnhardt Jr National Guard teddy bear, the other is a   # 88 Dale Earnhardt Jr miniature likeness. The ornaments themselves are in excellent shape. The National Guard teddy bear box has been opened and is in good shape but sadly one of the clear plastic pieces does have a yellowish tinge. The Dale Jr.  likeness ornament box does have some rips and is taped in one corner. Please see pictures for condition and message me through eBay with any questions!
