NextGenPCParts guarantees that your item will be free from functional defects under normal use during the warranty period.
Coverage includes:

Hardware malfunctions or failures (logic board, screen, SSD, GPU, PSU, etc.)

Performance issues not caused by misuse

Internal part failure preventing normal operation
If a covered defect arises within 90 days, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover:

Physical or cosmetic damage after delivery (cracks, dents, scratches, etc.)

Damage from improper installation, mishandling, power surge, or liquid exposure

Software, firmware, or OS issues (including activation locks, iCloud, or MDM locks)

Normal wear and tear (e.g., fan noise, minor discoloration, aging components)

Tampering, modification, or self-repair attempts

Items sold “AS-IS” or noted as firmware/MDM locked in the description
