You are bidding on this Antique or Vintage Adlake Railroad Signal Lantern. Lantern measures about 15" high with the wire handle in the fully upright position. Clear glass globe is marked CNX Adlake Kero and has no chips or cracks. Key to raise and lower the wick turns but will not move the existing wick. Wire handle appears to be stuck or locked in the fully upright position-I haven't figured out how to lower it. Black metal appears to have had a respray/repaint as some of the lettering is tough to read. There are no railroad markings that I can find. The last patent date is 1923.
