Shipping Details

Free shipping to USA. The default way to USA is international standard shipping.

Please confirm your shipping address in the checkout. We only ship to your verified eBay addresses. Your eBay address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

International standard shipping. To US: 7-15 days on the way. To other countries could take around 10-25 days on the way. And bad weather or peak season could make it longer. Please be patient.

Usually, we will be shipping and upload tracking number within 72 hours after your complete the order payment.

The amount we charged only covers the product, shipping and handling. Any custom or import tax has to be put on buyer's side.

Warranty

This item is covered by our 12 months unlimited mileage warranty.

The 12 months period is applied from the original date of purchase. Warranty and exchanges may be limited to defective and or damaged items during transit to you. We holds no responsibility or liability for additional repairs, damages (punitive or non-punitive), loss of time, or any other extraneous circumstances created by a purchase made from said party.

We reserves the right to request proof of purchase and mechanical failure in the event of any warranty claim; any returns or claims that violate Ebay's Online Return policies will be reported.

 

Return Policy

We offer 30 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days with a copy of original invoice. No returns on any installed parts.

All we ask is you send it back in the same condition as it was received - new and un-used in an original package and must contain everything that was originally provided, such as packing materials, manuals, protective wraps and instructions. If your package is lost in transit to us, we are not responsible for any loss or damages and cannot refund you because the item cannot be resold or returned to our supplier. You will be directed to submitting a claim directly to your shipping company requesting any reimbursement.

If the product you receive is not the one you ordered, please take photos of any visible part numbers of visual reference and contact us directly; photos must be CLEAR and have the part numbers VISIBLE.

If you request a return not due to product quality issue, wrong description or damages, the returning cost will be put in buyer's side, and shipping & handling cost are not refundable.
