Good+ condition. Some edge wear and a minor 1/4" closed tear to left edge of cover and minor separating at top left edge of spine cover. Minor chipping (1/4") to top and bottom of spine. Some brown toning to a some of the inside pages. Two pages have a dark spot from something being laid in the book years ago but the text is still readable (see pcic). Free of inscriptions and generally a very clean copy of this rare paper back book.
