V. O. Stringfellow, Seattle Master Builders president in 1948 and 1949, inspected a parade house in Eldorado, near Juanita, with his poodle, Chris. Stringfellow now builds no houses, but was in the building industry, starting here in 1939. Photo measures 8 x 10 inches. Photo Is dated 1969.
