PLEASE NOTE: these are
NOT counterfeit inserts. These were purchased in a large lot from a
local industrial auction at a huge manufacturing plant. I have been
burned by counterfeit Ebay inserts before; I know what it's like.

exactly as shown in pictures and are all new and unused. If for some
reason I accidentally include a used insert or miscount the quantity, I
will issue a partial refund with no questions asked.
