Original pilot badge for the Hacienda Airlines which was an airline set up by the Las Vegas Casino of the same name. The airline's airfare ticket came with a night's stay at the hotel in Vegas as well as some other perks. Went out of business because other airlines said their "package tour" was an unfair advantage. Great video on Youtube called "History of Las Vegas Hacienda Airlines" that explains everything.
