Faulty, Broken or Misdescribed Items

must be reported within 2 days of delivery

we’ll cover return postage and issue a full refund once the item is received and must be unused, sealed, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

the buyer pays return postage.

if the seal is broken or the item shows signs of use, it’s considered second-hand and not eligible for return.

Hygiene-Sensitive & Handled Items

returns are not accepted on items such as keyboards, mice, grooming tools, and kitchenware once opened or used.

would you want a second-hand keyboard? Neither would we.

Low-Value Items (Under £10)

in some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring a return. 

this is handled at our discretion to save you time and postage.
