This aftermarket replacement Left Hand (L/H) Recoil Spring Cover is part of the track adjuster recoil spring assembly on John Deere mid-size crawler dozers and loaders. The recoil spring cover protects the recoil spring and track adjuster components from debris and wear, helping maintain proper track tension and undercarriage function. Each machine requires two covers -- order the matching Right Hand cover (T172591) to complete the pair.
