This is a Cinderella stamp issued for the "Verbandstag" (Association Day) of the R.D.V., held in Breslau, Germany (now Wrocław, Poland), from July 19-21, 1913.
The event took place in the final year of the German Empire. The R.D.V. was the Reichsverband Deutscher Vereine für Bienen-, Geflügel- und Kaninchenzucht (Imperial Association of German Clubs for Bee, Poultry, and Rabbit Breeding). The stamp's design is a fine example of the Jugendstil (German Art Nouveau) style.
