This is a gorgeous vintage Jacobean style oak turned leg sideboard, buffet, server, or credenza by Union Furniture Co of Rockford, Illinois. Number appears to say “12727”, Finish: “wal wax”.

It features a spacious cabinet, removable shelf, ornate carvings, unique backsplash, bulbous legs, and plenty of surface space. 

Solid, sturdy, and functional, with minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with age. Did have a piece of the back cut out at some point, as pictured. Shelf inside is broken but functional; back has been replaced with a piece of wood. Small chip at the bottom, as pictured.
