Fundokin Concentrated Type, White Dashi Style Cooking Soup Base 500ml

This is a light-colored soup base with a Kyushu-style sweetness, featuring the aroma and umami of Kagoshima-produced bonito flakes.

This versatile cooking soup base allows you to easily create a wide range of dishes, from simmered dishes to chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard), with just one bottle. It uses our own extracted dashi (bonito flakes and shaved mackerel flakes) for an aroma and umami from Kagoshima-produced bonito flakes, creating a Kyushu-style sweet flavor. It combines the best of mentsuyu (noodle soup base) and white dashi, resulting in a lightly concentrated, pale-colored soup base with prominent dashi and sweetness. Its light color enhances the natural colors of the ingredients.

How to Use:

It can be used for a wide variety of dishes including Nikujaga (meat and potato stew), Oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl), Kake Udon (hot udon noodles), Dashimaki Tamago (rolled omelet), Chicken Teriyaki, Chawanmushi, Chikuzenni (simmered root vegetables), Takikomi Gohan (mixed rice), Ohitashi (blanched greens), Asazuke (light pickles), Yakibishi (grilled and simmered dishes), Buri Teriyaki (yellowtail teriyaki), vegetable stir-fries, Oden (Japanese stew), and more.

自社抽出だし使用(かつおぶし・さばかれぶし削り）で鹿児島県産かつおぶしの香りと旨みが広がる、九州らしい甘さのつゆに仕上げました。めんつゆと白だしの良い所どりで、だしと甘みが効いた低濃縮うす色のつゆです。

うす色だから素材の色を引き立てます。

【使用方法】

肉じゃが、親子丼、かけうどん、だし巻き卵、チキンの照り焼き、茶碗蒸し、筑前煮、炊き込みご飯、おひたし、浅漬け、焼き浸し、ブリの照り焼き、野菜炒め、おでんなど幅広い料理にお使いいただけます。
