Delivery & Dispatch Times:

I post all my orders at my local Post Office Counters.

This provides a physical postage receipt scanned at date and time of postage. I am happy to email you a copy if required.

My Standard Postage throughout the UK is 2nd Class Royal Mail with an estimated delivery 3-7 days.

If you require a faster are more secure delivery service please choose and pay for the option you require at time of purchase.

As per my agreement with eBay on handmade products I aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. If there is any delay in dispatch, I will let you know in advance.

Note: I only post to the address given on the order - Please ensure you have the correct postcode and full address registered on your order. I am not responsible for an incorrect address.

I post Monday to Friday up to 3pm with the exclusion of Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Delivery charge includes postage and packaging materials, I only charge for actual costs incurred.

To help the environment where possible I use recycled packaging materials.

Please be aware Postage Delays incurred as a result of postage strikes, bad weather Or seasonal high volumes e.g. Christmas are out of my hands so please be patient.

Returns & Refunds:

My goal is to always have happy customers.

So while I take utmost care to ensure high standards, I also take pride in resolving problems with the customer in mind.

If you do have an issue with your order please message with your concerns, along with a photo are video of the item and I will do my best to resolve the matter within a 48hr time frame.

Returns are welcome, from UK customers only and are subject to the conditions on my listing.

Returns should be completed within 14 days of receipt of your original order. Goods must be unused and in their original condition.

The customer is responsible for the safe return of the item, which includes the cost of shipping.

Return exclusions: Please be aware that bespoke products or personalised products are non-refundable.

This includes broken zips on cushion covers. I check all zips are in good working order before postage and I cover how to insert cushion inner on my cushion cover listings.

Refunds are issued minus my original postage costs on receipt of the returned item.
