Used. Open box, no retail packaging. There is heavy exterior wear from storage, including scratches and scuffs. Additionally, there are several exterior DENT, and the unit is MISSING some frame screws AND the front wire cover. Tested in perfect working condition. Unit inverted, charged, and provided pass through power. The transformer on this unit is somewhat noise when inverting. Overall, excellent unit in acceptable condition.
