A: Simply scan the QR code at the lounge entrance.

Q: Do I have to pre-book my lounge entrance?

A: No. these are “open”, so can be used at any time/date/location (one time entry within 90 days of issue).

Q: When should I buy my pass?

A: Anytime within 90 days of your travel date.

Q: Don’t the passes need to match the names in our boarding pass?

A: Yes, the passes will be issued with the traveler details.

Q; Can I get the passes quicker?

A: Typically, Yes! Message me first and I will do my best.

Q: Can I get a refund once purchased/ the passes have been issued?

A: Sorry, no. Once the passes have been issued they can not be refunded or returned.
