Operation Steps:
- Cover the surface of the paint film with soft paper to protect the paint film from damage by cone friction.
- Insert the test plate between the cone and the fixed shaft bar and lock the test plate.
- During the experiment, bend the test substrate to 180° with uniform force within 15 seconds.
- Remove the test plate, observe the damage of the paint film and mark it according to the scale.
- Judge the paint film resistance to conical bending against the corresponding standards.
