Peanuts The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show "Linus and the Blanket" Charlie Brown and Linus Production Cels Sequence of 4 (Bill Melendez, 1985). "Good news, Linus! A special delivery from Spike!" In this rare sequence of four original hand-painted 12 field production cels, we see the suffering is over for Linus - sort of, as Charlie Brown delivers his beloved Security Blanket back to him! The only problem is that Snoopy used it as a hammock tied to a pair of cactus plants, and now the blanket is full of sharp cactus needles - ooh, that's gotta hurt! The sequence is from the "Linus and the Blanket" segment of the Season 2 episode "Snoopy's Robot," which was originally shown on 9/28/1985. Approximate image sizes are (in order) 4.25" x 4", 3" x 4", 2" x 4", and 2.75" x 4.25". This sequence begins at about the 16:28 timestamp and lasts about a second. The cels have been placed on a print background for presentation purposes. The overall condition is Very Good with minor handling wear.

Original Paintings and some Framed Prints are currently hung on walls in climate controlled areas not exposed to direct sunlight. These pieces are often cumbersome to photograph so I will do my best in taking pictures in their hung state, but requests for additional photos of inaccessible areas may have a delay as I get those photos for you.
