This manual metal-bodied double-wire binding machine secures paper, plastic and other materials through metal rings. It is widely used in design institutes, printing centers and other scenarios. The core process involves punching, tube cutting, tube insertion and riveting. The 3:1 type (33/34 holes) is suitable for thinner documents like A4 paper, providing more refined binding results. The main structure includes components such as handles, wire selection sliders, and document clamps. By adjusting the slider to match the wire size, punching and pressing can be completed. It can manually punch up to 12 sheets.

Operation Method
1. Adjust the positioning slider and then press down the metal ring selection slider to choose the appropriate metal ring. Place the paper into the paper feed opening and adjust the punching position.
2. Pull down the handle to perform the punching. After punching is complete, hang the metal ring with the opening facing upwards on the metal ring hook.
3. Place the punched text on the hook and remove them together, then arrange them properly with the metal ring opening facing upwards in the binding groove, ensuring the hook bend is close to the pressing groove.
4. Set the pressing ring selection slider to the 8mm position (corresponding to the pre-selected metal ring size) and pull down the handle to close the metal ring.

Returns & Exchanges
