For most everything, I ship USPS Ground through the eBay checkout system.  Shipping charges include postage and supplies and all associated costs with running this listing.  Should I underestimate shipping, and it ends up costing more, I will cover it.  

I tend to ship fast, and once an item is shipped, you own it.

United States shipping only.  No exceptions.

I only combine shipping if we arrange it prior to sale, and you must request it to get things moving in that direction.

I tend to ship fast, and once an item has shipped, I cannot combine another item with that item.  Additionally, if you have received a shipping notification, the item has shipped for the purposes of combining shipping.  I cannot be expected to find orders that have begun the shipping process to add / combine / modify to accommodate orders placed at a later time.

Once the auction or listing has closed, the buyer will pay through the ebay / PayPal system.  Payments must be received within 10 days of auction end.  California residents will pay a 7.25% sales tax, so long as the billing address is in California - and not respective if the shipping address is outside of California.
