PAYMENT

I can only accept payment in Pounds Sterling (GBP).  Payment required within 4 days of completion of sale. My preferred method of payment is Paypal, although I will accept GBP cheques & Postal Orders on prior arrangement.

POSTAGE/DISPATCH

Wherever possible, I will try to combine P&P for multiple purchases which are paid for in the same transaction - please request amended combined P&P invoice before paying. Please email me for international postal costs when not shown. I always retain proof of postage. Buyer is responsible for P&P costs. I try & post most items within 48 hours of receiving payment.  I do not post at weekends/Bank/Public holidays.
DELIVERY TIMES
Although most items of mail arrive with 2-5 working days (depending on 1st or 2nd Class) Royal Mail do state that it can take up to 15 working days (25 working days for international post) to deliver any item of mail. 'Lost' items cannot be investigated/refunded/replaced until this period has elapsed. Your patience would be appreciated when waiting for items and I will endeavour to look into all queries once this period is up.  Things you can check -
1) Is your delivery address correct on your Ebay/Paypal account?
2) Have you checked with your local mail office/postman or neighbours?
RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 24 hours of receipt by e-mail. If the item is damaged I will cover return postage costs and replace the item on a like for like basis. If you wish to return the item for any other reason, the return postage costs must be covered by the buyer.
If I do accept return of the item, the parcel must be back with me within 5-7 working days of receipt. I recommend when returning an item you use recorded delivery as I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post whilst being returned to me.
