Department 56 Snow Village handpainted metal and ceramic accessory entitled "Windmill", Item number 54569. This piece was retired in 1993.

The building measures approximately 11-1/2 inches tall and 4-1/2 inches long by 4-1/4 inches wide at the base. 

It is in well preserved condition with no cracks or chips to the ceramic, and no dings or dents to the metal windmill. The glue that they used to attach the windmill to the ceramic base has yellowed over time. Comes with its original Styrofoam and Cover Sleeve, but the top piece of the Styrofoam is missing.
