New Upper Deck releases cannot be shipped to Canada for the first full calendar year of their release or sold to resellers until 90 days after release. Will I receive the exact item shown in the image if you have multiples available?
- For most memorabilia orders, you will not receive the exact piece used as an example in the listing image. The item that you receive will be nearly identical, as good, or better.
- For trading card orders, you may not receive the exact card shown if multiple are available. We would pull the best remaining card from our stock to fulfill each order. Any graded cards will have the same overall condition grade as noted in the listing.
Can you tell me the COA (certificate of authenticity) number on the item I would receive?
- We do not provide individual COA numbers, or photos of each available item. Most of our memorabilia is listed with multiples available, so this is not practical to do for every request that we receive.

Why does tracking show my package being delivered to a different address/state?
