We solved this by developing a patent pending super soft custom base donut sleeve for our pumps that forms a protective layer between your body parts outside the tube and your penis inside the tube. Once you try our patent pending pump base you won't ever use anything else.

This replacement base comes in one sizes to fit both the standard pump and the XL pump. These will also fit most other manufacturer pumps.
