IMPORTANT • PLEASE READ FULLY

Please bear in mind these are made to order graphic design apparel / accessories. The following is our company policies:

• Defective: Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items, please contact us along with a snap shot of the item. We will provide you with further instruction. Any error on our part will be covered at our expense.

• Buyer's error: We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. This goes the same if the wrong configuration (color, size, etc..) is purchased.

• Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be return back to us. Buyer will be liable for reshipment cost.

• Unclaimed: If shipments are unclaimed and returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If a refund is requested in this situation, only half of the retail value of the order will be refunded to cover production costs.

• Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours after purchase.
