The PRT12A upgraded preamplifier is based on the circuitry of the American CARY-SLP90. The CARY-SLP90 is a pioneering triode preamplifier by CARY, known for its fast response. Unlike conventional designs, the CARY-SLP90 delivers high detail and richness in the mid and low frequencies.

* The remote volume control board adopts a 127-step relay pure resistor shunt design, ensuring constant impedance, with 0.5dB per step and a total attenuation of 63.5dB. Original precision resistors for DALE/VISHAY (USA) are used.
* Audio output mute function
* Power-off memory function (restores the previous state when powered on)
* One-touch volume return function
* Supports 4 stereo audio inputs and 1 output
