    Installation：


    1.Remove transfer case from vehicle, and then remove extension housing from Transmit.

    2.Inspect for damage to the main shaft, gears & lock nut

    3.Reinstall the locknut on the shaft. Factory recommended torque is 280 ft. lbs ( real, real
    tight, locknut retainer will keep it from loosen again )

    4. Slide the locknut retainer over the shaft splines and into the correct alignment position of
    the locknut (4 Tabs), then tap with a hammer to verify full seated position.
