Folding map at the front and twelve full page engraved plates. 
Some spots of foxing on the map, contents page, title page with smaller amounts elsewhere including plates. Small corner torn from one text page (no loss f text). Free front endpaper creased on lower edge and bookplate on the front paste down endpaper. Both front and rear hinges are pulled in the gutters. 
Quarter calf boards with marbled paper sides - corners of the boards have surface loss down to the underlying card and losses to actual corners Calf spine is considerably worn.

I only charge actual postage as close as I can estimate it. All parcels are insured in transit.  Courier services such as Fedex may be cheaper than Royal Mail or Parcelforce for larger parcels and I normally check the different options before sending an invoice.
