Our return policy is as follows: Returns must be authorized by emailing us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will not authorize or accept returns after this period. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice, otherwise, they will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition that we sent the item to you. The package must be insured when returning an item. If you return an uninsured item and it breaks during shipping, we will not be able to credit you. If free shipping was uséd for your purchase, you will be refunded for your items minus the cost to ship them to you.
