This is a lamb sauce supervised by "Aji no Hitsujigaoka," a popular restaurant with long lines in Sapporo's Susukino district!
Made with plenty of vegetables and fruits, this sauce has rich flavor yet never gets tiresome to eat.
It goes well not only with lamb meat but also with mutton and vegetables, and is recommended to enjoy with white rice or alcoholic beverages!
About "Aji no Hitsujigaoka"
Established in Sapporo's Susukino in 1996. A Genghis Khan restaurant that is particular about their meat, sauce, and charcoal grilling on shichirin (small charcoal grill).
They have many fans from outside Hokkaido, and are reputed to be so delicious that even people who don't like lamb meat can enjoy it!
