This is an unpolished end slice of a very unusual all plume agate from the famous Woodward Ranch or one of the adjoining ranches near Alpine TX. It is unpolished, faced on one side. The back side is rough, all chalcedony coated plume. It is about 70 x 70 mms and up to about 10 mm thick. I believe that it would polish nicely as a specimen; and also a cabochon, though cut down in size quite a bit.
