Please note: I am not a glass expert. I can only make my
best guess based on style research comparisons and/or what others tell me if an
item is not marked. Original stickers, etc., are not on the piece. There are a
lot of fakes out there, and if I am ever wrong on an item, it is not with
intention that I do so.
SHIPPING: I take great care when shipping items to the
buyer. If an item arrives damaged due to inadequate shipping, I am out both the
item and the money. Therefore, all breakable items are packaged well-padded for
protection before being placed in boxes. Some items are double-boxed. Boxes are
then taped closed, and a label is applied to the top. These items are not free
to me, nor are they free to you. The shipping price includes a minimal fee
covering the cost of shipping supplies. I don’t intentionally inflate shipping.
The package dimensions and weight are entered into the shipping fields, and the
site handles all shipping from there. The cost to you is the cost assigned to
the package in the site's system. Unless you purchase multiple items that I can
combine shipping for, the cost is as listed in the listing. Based on the
variables, my shipping prices may be lower, the same, or higher than those of
other sellers, and I have no insight into how shipping costs are calculated. No
one likes to pay for shipping, and shipping prices have increased. Therefore,
it is up to you, the buyer, to determine whether the price listed in my
listings fits within your budget and is something you are willing to pay for
quality shipping.
Please note that this is a pre-loved, vintage item and may
show wear consistent with its age and use. Please pay close attention to the
photos provided, as they are crucial to understanding the item’s condition. We
take great care to capture images that accurately depict each piece, including
any flaws or unique features. As these are pre-loved items, we strongly
recommend that you review all photos carefully to ensure you are fully informed
about the item’s condition and specifics before making a purchase. Your careful
consideration and attention to detail are highly valued as we strive to provide
a transparent and satisfactory shopping experience.
RETURNS: I currently do not accept returns due to being a
new, small business. The only exception is when items do not match listing
descriptions. However, you can always contact me to inquire about any issues
with items listed in my store.
