-We test all our product before shipping, we use an old cheap dvd player pretty picky to be sure your dvd will work at home.

-We do take return and full refund if you have issue with your dvd.

Our Item Condition Standards for our DVD and BluRay listings:

• NEW: Item is brand new and unopened
• VERY GOOD: Disc may have a few minor scratches. Case may have minor damage and marks.
• GOOD: Disc may have moderate to light scratches and marks. Case may have moderate to light damage and marks.

• NOTE: Please refer to pictures or contact us for exact condition of an item or if inserts are included.
• NOTE: When buying a used DVD or BluRay, please assume that ALL DIGITAL MOVIE CODES OR ANY OTHER CODES have either been used or expired as we do not check them.

Shipping and Handling

• All items will be shipped either same day or within 1 business day.
• Expedited shipping available for extra cost.
  
• Economy Shipping  will be shipped via Canada Post Letter Mail (In Canada Only) (NO TRACKING).
• Canada Post Regular Parcel will be shipped via expedited shipping (TRACKED).
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and Usa: All international orders will be shipped via Canada Post Tracked Packet
• COMBINDED SHIPPING: We offer combined shipping. Please contact us for more information.
