Our Quality Assurance Policy

All of our incoming used-condition items are checked and graded for condition and quality and are recycled if they do not meet a minimum Good standard.   After purchase by our customers the checks are performed again before dispatch to ensure that the order still meets its described condition.

Shipping & Returns

We combine multiple-item orders in your shopping basket into a single shipment for your convenience.  We ship our products in securely sealed and high quality protective bubble envelopes.

We accept returns from all UK and international destinations within 30 days of purchase with no questions asked so that you can buy with confidence.  Return postage is free to the buyer and paid by us.

UNITED KINGDOM

We ship orders in the UK for FREE by Royal Mail First Class (2 to 3 working days).  We dispatch same day on orders received before 3 pm UK time on Monday to Friday and before 9 am on Saturday.  Many of our orders shipped same-day on Monday to Friday arrive the very next day.

INTERNATIONAL

We are very pleased to ship worldwide.  We dispatch to supported countries through eBay's tracked international Global Shipping Programme.  eBay calculates the postage cost and estimated delivery time for your country and manages the international postage and customs process.

We also offer a Royal Mail International Tracked option for directly shipping international orders to buyers for a fixed flat postage rate of £14.99 British Pounds.  This service aims to deliver to Europe in 3-7 days and worldwide in 5-7 days.  

Please be aware that delivery to some countries may take significantly longer to complete than the estimated times depending upon the local Customs import procedures, post offices and mail service of the destination.  If such local delays do occur, please allow 6 to 8 weeks.

International import duties, taxes and charges that may be levied by countries are not included in the item price or shipping costs.  These fees are the buyer's responsibility.
