• We do not give postal discounts. 
• Items are dispatched on within 24-48 hours on Mondays to Fridays. 
• Buy 9am-5pm and the item should be dispatched the next day in the morning, for example if an item is bought on Monday between 9am - 5pm, the item will be dispatched on the Tuesday morning. If the item is bought later than 5pm it would be dispatched on the Wednesday morning. There are some exceptions to this, like Christmas, bad weather and National Holidays - there could be some Saturday dispatching.
• Items are sent with a proof of posting.
• If you haven't received your item after 10 working days please contact us. 
• You can request to have goods sent by recorded delivery so a claim can be made in the event of the item being lost.
• Once the item(s) have been posted, we are not liable for late deliveries or similar claims.
• If the item is returned to me via Royal Mail as it was undelivered, then the postage will need to be repaid. 

• Refunds will be issued if the items are not as described. 
• If the item is faulty, please let us know as soon as possible and items should  be sent back.
• All postage and packing costs, and returns are to be paid by the buyer.
• Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.
• Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 7 days. All tags and original packaging must still be intact.
• Refunds will be given once item has been received back, please send your item by a trackable method, as I will NOT refund on goods NOT received. Please include your user ID and item number in with your return, for a faster refund.
• Return postage costs for items will not be refundable.
• These policies do not affect your statutory rights.
