• Our items come from reputable, licensed Distributors who specifically provide movies to the video rental market. We do not deal with Bootleg or used items!
• Due to the nature and factors which are unpredictable in shipping and handling services, there is an estimated 0.5-1% defect/damage rate which can be easily solved by notifying us and allowing our Customer Service team to quickly offer guidance.  Insurance for up to $100.00 is provided free of charge when using USPS First Class mail where Buyer claims can be filed directly with USPS
