Operating Hints:

Most recipes provide the required time and speed needed. 

SPEED 1-2: For mixing dry ingredients with liquids, folding whipped egg whites and cream into mixtures, stirring gravies and sauces, and mashing vegetables.

SPEED 3-4: For mixing cake mixes, pudding, or batters. Use the dough hooks when mixing dough or heavier cake mixes. Using for creaming together shortening and sugar.

SPEED 5: For whipping cream, evaporated or powdered milk, egg whites, or whole egg. Using for mixing minced meat or kneading heavy dough.

TURBO: Faster than speed “5”, for ultra power need.

 HOW TO CLEAN

1.  Unplug the electric hand mixer.
2.  Clean the body of the kitchen electric hand mixer using only a damp cloth.
3.  Clean the beaters or dough hooks under running water or in the dishwasher. Rinse and dry.
4.  On completion of using your handheld kitchen mixer, it is strongly recommended that you clean the accessories immediately. 
5.  This will remove any bath drying out of the residue food. Making cleaning easier and reducing the possible bacterial growth.

Warm Tip:

•  Turn the control knob to the right in position"0" when you eject the beaters, dough hooks, or balloon whisk.
•  In the case of the beaters, dough, and whisk of hand mixer can not fall out easily, we improved the ejection and pulling force, so maybe you should need two fingers to push the eject button for the first few uses.
