This 6” plastic promotional ruler advertises the Yellow Pages for the Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Co.  The ruler is in very good condition considering its age and past use.  The only noteworthy condition issue is some slight wear on the paint for the scale numbers and gradations (see photos).
