Our Business policies
Best Offer: We love a Best Offer but please bear in mind that it costs around £3.00 to send out the items also there are the fees that need to be paid on the sale. Please don't be too disappointed if your offer is declined where possible we will try to counter the offer to a reasonable level.
Combined Postage: We will always combine postage and where possible combine items into single parcels, It is sometimes necessary especially with international parcels to send 2 or more parcels depending on item weights. Fragile items that weigh over 1200 grams are always split into multiple parcels as we need to avoid breakages.
Quality: All of our items are checked in detail and where possible cleaned/ polished prior to listing. we will always stipulate new/used/for parts not working (as per ebay's guidelines). In addition we attempt to rate our products as follows: Great/Excellent An item that has minimal or no wear no chips cracks or crazing, Good an item that may have minor but visible defects we will do our best to photograph and or describe these issues. Poor has visible damage but may be a rare item/antique that may still be of interest to some individuals. Ok has significant damage, tears, cracks etc. Spares/Repair/Restoration an item that we have been unable to get working or is damaged but has an intrinsic parts value or a display/Prop Piece, these items are sold as is, or sold as seen. Untested items can be in any of the above conditions but are sold untested and may need to be serviced/repaired to function; these are also sold as seen/as is.
Returns: Where an item is damaged in post please contact us with a description and photographs of the damage, Please include pictures from all angles and include pictures of the box. Where you believe an item is not as described which would be a rare occurrence again please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve these issues.
Photographs:- We try to photograph the item from all angles within the constraints of eBays photo limit. The photographs are an integral part of the description, please do not state that items were not as described when the photos show the current state of the item. We do not use stock photographs. All items are originally photographed.
