Our return policy is as follows: Returns must be authorized by emailing us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will not authorize or accept returns after this period. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice, otherwise, they will not be accepted. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds. All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition that we sent the item to you. The package must be insured when returning an item. If you return an uninsured item and it breaks during shipping, we will not be able to credit you. If you ship the items back to us and they arrive in the same condition that we sent them to you, we will refund your original form of payment, excluding the shipping costs. If free shipping was uséd for your purchase, you will be refunded for your items minus the cost to ship them to you. Please note that the time for a refund to be applied to your original form of payment depends on your bank or payment provider. Items damaged in shipping If you receive a damaged item in shipping, we apologize for the inconvenience and are here to assist you. When contacting us, please provide an image of the damaged product, the outside packaging (with label), and the inside packaging. You can send the images to us via email or text. Please note that there may be delays beyond our control, especially during holiday seasons. If there are any damages or items lost during shipping, you will need to report it directly with the shipping carrier and file a claim. We will provide any necessary proof of shipment and documentation to assist you.The Shipping Carriers will request to possibly inspect and collect damaged item in order to process refund. Do not throw out any packing material as they will need to see that as well. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages or missing packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping companies.
