By Solomon
  Circa 1880

Measures:   2¾ x 1¾ Inches Long
2 Inches when open

Weight:   24.2 grams

Condition: Very good, Silver

Made by Great Silversmith
Solomon Tarraco
I think it was made in Entre Rios(Argentina) circa 1880-1910
The way the silver is worked reminds me of native american handcraft
usual in that place in that time.

It has two particular Hallmarks a Star of David and a
Triangle that looks like a mountain.

Great Quality
Very good craftmanship.

Really looks and feel great.
Its engraved and chiselled, done by a master Silversmith
Its a very fine quality work The Thistle at the sides are very well done
