Hand crafted Mini Top hat.

Perfect for Victorian costume, riding outfit, steampunk, halloween, etc,etc,etc...

Hard shell mini costume hat is decorated aqua, white and black accessories. Including flowers, beads, tulle and a lovely white ostrich feather. Long 20" tulle streamers float down the back.

This is a mini hat - does not fit on head, just perches on top and is held in place with attached plastic headband. 

Really beautiful, fun addition to any event.

This hat is on a hard headband. I think it is VERY tight - I would not be able to wear for long. I would replace (easily) with a different headband, or just clips. great for small heads - or child. There are loops inside that the headband slip into - can slide it out and use whatever you like. 

Approx 4.5" tall. 8" diameter. 

Wears cute on top of head or at an angle.
