nowadays acrylic is known for being a cheap fiber, but once upon a time it was a high-tech, luxurious material.

this one brags about having a cashmere feel, and honestly, it does. it is very soft and springy and breathable feeling.

light fuzzing/pilling starting to happen at high friction areas like elbows, but should be easily removed with a sweater shaver.

doesn't have care instructions, but i would hand wash it just to keep it going longer. 

Its already lived a half century, may as well help it to keep going for another 50 years.
