This is a new old stock, 4000 RPM SEARAY gauge.

Has been tested and does work as it should.

It is new old stock and you can see from the pictures. The hours are at 0.1.

Has a slight dark circle in the hour gauge display, but it does not affect the visibility of the numbers .

Gauge has been in storage for many years in a box with other gauges so it does have a few scuffs on it.
