A decorative French Art Deco Charles Schneider style table lamp with mottled glass body. The lamp has a deep purple aubergine coloured base fading into to an amber tortoise shell design, with orange gold flecks in the glass.
The lamp has a chrome neck with a single bulb holder and a black flex cord with in line switch. When the lamp is illuminated it showcases the beauty of the colours in the glass and gold flecks.
There are no chips to the class and the light is in working order. The lampshade is not included.

Brothers Charles and Ernest Schneider founded the company in 1913 in the suburbs of Paris, both had previously worked for the renowned Daum glass. During the peak of the Art Deco period, their glass could be found in galleries all over the world.
