ERRORS
A friend served in many overseas posts and sought out Military Payment Certificate 'flake errors' (which are not true errors, if anything a pure-perchance flake landing on a soon to be printed MPC). He didn't care what the note looked like, its series, it's denomination or anything other than the "flake position".
