Comes with everything shown in pictures!  Unicorn Shirt, denim Jacket, Unicorn backpack, bracelet, unicorn shoes, stuffy, even a unicorn figurine for in the dolls bedroom!

All in good played with condition except there's an almost unnoticeable tiny pull on the back of the shirt, see pic, also the foot lines inside the shoes have a tendency to curl up (still goes on the feet fine).
